Here's some encouraging news! The Fifth US Circuit of Appeals has agreed to
reconsider the Supreme Court's 1973 Roe v. Wade decision. As you may know, Norma McCorvey has filed
a motion to overturn the decision because of considerable evidence that
abortion hurts women. Some legal experts don't believe Norma's efforts
will result in success. However,
since the 5th Circuit Court has agreed to hear the case, her chances have
increased. This situation is worth watching,
as it could have a profound impact on abortion-on-demand in America. |
