Within the framework of the disaster in Asia Cry for Life, the Dutch pro life organisation Schreeuw om Leven Holland wit drs. Bert P. Dorenbos as president is planning a pro life/pro child conference in April 7-15 2005: with the theme"Girl child discrimination from conception to grave" in Hyderabad to support the children of India who live in terrible circumstances. Together with dr. Marie Mignon Mascarenhas of CREST in Bangalore and Pastor John Ebenezer in Hyderabad and other pro life and missionary organizations the conference will deal with the issue of “Girl Child discrimination, from conception to grave”. The rate of abortion especially for girls is exorbitant. Millions are missing. Girls born are discriminated before and after marriage. The sexual abuse of children, rape and violence within marriage are major problems. Dorenbos challenges the Western pro life movements to address this issue more extensive. Unicef is warning for the danger of child sex exploitation of the orphaned children of the tsunami disaster and the child trade criminals. It is a top priority to protect these children and to prevent this criminal movement to continue there “trade”. Western travel agencies and airlines are responsible to stop their tourist business for these purposes.
